Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T)
Adolescence can be a difficult time for teens for a vast array of reasons; yet there is often a commonality in the challenges they face. Many young people experience heightened stress, emotional reactivity, anxiety, self-criticism, and a sense of overwhelm as they navigate school, friendships, identity, and increasing expectations.
The MBSR-T program helps teens build practical mindfulness skills to better manage stress, regulate emotions, improve focus, and respond to challenges with greater awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.
