These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Phone Savvy course, provided by Mothering Girls. By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to these Terms.

Access & License. Your purchase grants one household a personal, non-transferable license to use the Phone Savvy course in Kajabi. Do not share logins. The parent/guardian is the account holder; we do not create child accounts.

Payments & Refunds. All payments are processed securely through Kajabi’s payment system.

Because this is a digital course, we offer a 14-day refund period under EU consumer law if less than 20% of the course content has been viewed or downloaded.

By accessing more than 20% of the course, you acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw under EU digital content rules.

To request a refund, email fiona@motheringgirls.com within 14 days of purchase, including the name and email used at checkout.

No refunds are issued after 14 days or once more than 20% of the course has been accessed—whichever comes first.

User Content & Uploads. You own what you upload (photos/videos/reflections). You give us a limited license to use uploads only to operate the course. We won’t use uploads in marketing without separate written permission. Uploads are optional and can be deleted on request.

Privacy & Data. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there. Data is stored securely and used only to manage your participation in the course.

Intellectual Property. Course materials are owned by Mothering Girls. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Prohibited Use. No unlawful, abusive, or infringing content or activity.

Parent Responsibility. The Phone Savvy course is designed for parents and families. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for how course information and activities are used with their children. All participation is voluntary, and activities should be adapted to suit each family’s needs and values.

Disclaimer. The program is educational and is not therapy, medical, or legal advice. No outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

Technical Access & Availability. We aim to provide continuous access to the course, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability or data loss.

Termination. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the course or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the course after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. You and Mothering Girls submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Phone Savvy course.

This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your habitual residence, and your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
